Rooms for Hire
If you are a community group, government agency or business looking to hire space for a meeting, workshop or gathering in Cranbourne North, Merinda Park Learning and Community Centre, can help you with different spaces to cater to a variety of needs and occasions.
The Centre does not hire spaces for private functions/parties such as birthdays, weddings or engagements.
Bond and Insurance
A bond of $500 will be charged for each room to cover the costs of any damage to the room caused directly by the hirer’s actions. The bond will be fully refunded at the end of the hire term if there is no damage to the facility. The hirer must arrange public liability insurance for not less than $20,000,000 for the duration of the hiring activity.
