Public Liability Insurance
All hirers are required to hold current Public Liability Insurance for the duration of their booking. If you do not have your own insurance, coverage can be arranged through the City of Casey for a fee of $15 per hire.
Bond Requirement
A refundable bond of $500 is required for all hires. The bond must be paid prior to the event and will be returned following the hire, provided the facility is left clean, no damage has occurred, and all terms and conditions of hire have been met.
Permanent Hire Eligibility
​To qualify for permanent hire rates, organisations or individuals must complete a minimum of 10 bookings within a 12-month period. Permanent hire status may be reviewed periodically and is dependent on maintaining consistent booking frequency.
