Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40110
The current industry standard in the National VET System.
This course prepares participants to assess trainees on or off the job and to plan, develop, prepare, present, manage and evaluate training for groups, or for one on one training, and is part of the National Training Package for Assessment and Workplace Training.
This course is intensive and trainer led, it involves a lot of interaction and is based around the integration of the knowledge and skills required to be a successful trainer/assessor in today's VET sector.
