Creating Spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel 2003/2007 (start at the level you are ready)- Build professionally laid out sheets of figures and use the computer to do calculations for you, apply formulae to ranges of figures, sort information, link books of sheets, use macros and more.

Creating Databases in Microsoft Access 2003/2007, for storage and retrieval of data and information.
MS Power Point 2003/2007![]()
Creating and formatting slide show presentations using Microsoft Power Point 2003/2007.

Desktop Publishing with Microsoft Publisher 2003/2007, create newsletters, flyers and advertisements.
MYOB v18 with Payroll (ACFE funded)![]()
MYOB Accounting Plus 18 Introduction or Advanced with Payroll
Pre-requisite: Knowledge of Windows environment and bookkeeping. Learn how to set up and modify General ledger, Debtors, Creditors and Inventory.

Learn basic accounting practices
This class can be taken alone or it can be studied in conjunction with a MYOB class, to teach students a basic understanding of accounting processes and bookkeeping practices. It can assist students studying MYOB to understand what the software can achieve.

All levels Dreamweaver CS3
Dreamweaver is the most powerful web design tool available today. In this class students will gain the HTML, Dreamweaver skills necessary to build attractive, dynamic Web pages.

With this course you will gain sufficient skills to be able to open, create, modify and apply various effects to your photos.

At the completion of Adobe Photoshop Version CS3 you should be able to:
- open and create new images and work with the Photoshop workspace

- understand the factors that affect file size and know several methods for resizing images
- flip, rotate, straighten and transform photos
- perform several color correction functions
- use various retouching and repairing techniques to correct images
- work effectively with layers and layer masks
- create, edit and apply numerous effect to text
- print, save and share images with others
Prerequisites:
Adobe Photoshop Version CS3 assumes little or no knowledge of the software.
However, it would be beneficial to have a general understanding of personal computers
and the Windows operating system environment.
